Managing Partner, Owner & Founder of Driving People Operations (DPO), a boutique Business Coaching and Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting firm. DPO’s primary mission statement is elevating leaders and empowering them to generate growth by celebrating their greatest resource - their people. DPO’s target market is businesses with 20 – 1,000 work site employees and $3 Million in annual revenue. He is passionate about attracting, developing, engaging and retaining the workforce to empower the business to achieve its mission and vision.
Began career as Leadership Consultant for an international non-profit. He would later join GTE’s exclusive HCM Management Development Program. After the program, he took a hiatus from HCM to sell wireless products for 15 months to get a better understanding of the business. Promoted to a Major Account Manager within 6 months of moving into sales supporting companies like Moen and Avery Dennison.
Twenty plus years of experience as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner in drivingBusiness Growth, Agile Transformation, DEIBA, Leadership & Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement & Relations for several Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and startups.
J.C. is passionate about giving back to the community. Currently serves as an active board member of The Plus Collective, Phi Gamma Delta and Twirl Foundation. Former board member of Synchronicity Performance Group Inc located in Atlanta, GA.
B.A. in Business and Organizational Communication with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Akron. Lives in Charlotte, NC with Mike (husband of 25+ years). Enjoys music, fitness, yoga, arts and traveling.
